The advantages of Smart Generators over our competition

January 15, 2020 /Posted byJared / 16489

What are the advantages our generators have that make them worth every penny? Let’s start with the first. Number one. Clean electricity. Our generators produce a pure sine wave with less than 4% THD. Our competition’s generators might or might not produce a pure sine wave and the THD is commonly 15%. A high variation in THD can damage sensitive electronics. Who wants to damage all their expensive appliances?

Number two. Easy Fuel storage. Why is it unreasonable to use a gasoline powered generator to power your home during a power outage?  Gasoline generators consume up to a gallon a hour. That amount of fuel consumption means you need to store 24 gallons per day of gasoline. How is that even remotely sensible? Especially when you take into consideration the short shelf life of gasoline (2 months) and the obvious danger associated with storing large quantities of gasoline in general.

Using Natural Gas circumvents the entire fuel storage issue and LPG has a 12 year shelf life and is very easily and safely stored in steel tanks.

Number three. Our generators are easily moved using the the high quality chassis which has 4 beefy no flat tires installed.

Number four. Our generators are environmentally clean. Natural Gas and LPG are the cleanest of fuels.

Number 5. Homeowners do not require expensive permits to install our generators because they are portable.

Number 6. Fuel efficiency. The smallest permanently installed generators burn between 2-3 gallons of propane an hour. Our largest generators burn about 1 gallon an hour.

Our Smart Generators are Made in the USA
